* How fresh is my boba?
Our boba is cooked every 2-3 hours. It is also soaked in a fresh sweet solution which preserves and enhances its flavour.
*Does Cayman Boba offer plant-based milk?
As an alternative to whole milk and whipped mousse, we offer coconut milk and vegan whipped mousse (also from coconut milk) which makes our Boba Milk Teas vegan friendly.
*Are the boba pearls tea gluten-free?
Yes, tapioca pearls are gluten-free.
*If I don’t choose my sugar level, which sugar level will I be getting on my drink?
If you didn’t choose a sugar level, ice level, or milk option during your order, your drink will be prepared with normal sweetness, normal ice and whole milk.
*Does Cayman Boba have an alternative to plastic straws?
We are continuously searching for ways to reduce our plastic consumption, therefore we currently offer a paper straw option at checkout/delivery.
*Where is Cayman Boba located?
We are a virtual bubble tea shop in Grand Cayman therefore, we do not have a physical location other than our kitchen. We are a delivery-only restaurant.
*Do you guys take credit/debit card?
Yes we do! Order online and swipe your card at delivery.

Cayman Boba’s staff are all trained to ensure that your order is made as accurately and timely as possible. When ordering, take a moment to check your order accuracy at checkout. If the order still comes out incorrectly, please notify us by calling us at +1 (345) 939-0756 and they’ll make it right!
*Why is my order time taking longer than usual?
Cayman Boba runs on a strict and dependable dynamic among its team members to ensure that your drink is prepared as accurately and quickly as possible. If your experience did not quite reflect those standards, please email or call us and someone will be happy to assist you.**Please take traffic hours into consideration during delivery**
*Where do you deliver?
We deliver island wide. We currently charge a $3 delivery fee for addresses within BT Police Station & Camana Bay. Addresses outside this radius will be charged a $5 delivery fee with a minimum $12 order.
*Can I check the status of my delivery?
Yes, there are live updates for every order. After submitting your order at checkout, there should be an email sent to you that allows you to check the status of your order. Tap “Track here” to pull up delivery tracking. To make sure you can track your order until it arrives, we recommend not switching your browser.
*Are there specific delivery hours?
Delivery hours are from 9:00am to 7:00pm. the cut off time for orders is 7:00pm. Orders placed after 7:00pm will not be delivered that night.
*Can I order delivery now for a later time?
Yes, you are able to place a delivery order at a later date. You can place your order no later than 4 days.
*Will I have to create an account to place an order for delivery?
You will be prompted to fill in your name, email, address and phone number which will make your order experience seamless the next time around. You will not have to reenter information like your delivery address, and phone number for next time.
*How do I report a problem with my delivery order?

Can I change or cancel my order if it’s already on its way?
Once your food is on its way to you, it may not be possible to make any changes or cancel your order. Please call us at (345) 939-0756 if you have any questions. You may also reach out to us info@caymanboba.ky but be aware that phone calls will provide you with a faster resolution.
